Tom and his team remodeled our kitchen, family room and living room a little over a year ago and I have to say that we enjoyed every minute of it! I know that’s not what you hear often about contractors but that’s how good Tom and his team were to work with. Tom has great attention to detail and great taste. He does what he says he’s going to do, offers great input and has great ideas. I trust him completely and would recommend him to anyone. As a matter of fact, I recommended him to my Mom, who is a notoriously tough customer and she loved his work as well! I hope to work with Tom and Legacy Group again in the future!
Our home is PERFECT because it was built by Legacy Group specifically for our family. We had tried to work with a couple of builders before this and were experiencing what we consider cookie-cutter construction. We had looked at so many layouts but none fit our needs perfectly. To make matters worse, we also felt like the building materials were below the quality grade that we wanted. We were pretty frustrated by the time we met Tom at Legacy Group. Tom and his team walked us through the entire process and helped us design our perfect home. We have never been this excited to move, ever! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Legacy Group. I had my bathroom remodeled and a deck built onto my house and for both jobs, Tom was on the job every day. I haven’t worked with many contractors but I do know that it is rare that you get the owner of the company on the job every day, working right alongside his crew. Tom has GREAT attention to detail and a great eye. He doesn’t cut corners and always follows through with what he says he’s going to do. What a wonderful experience! My wife and I had looked at builders for several years before seeing an ad for Legacy Group in a local parade of homes show. We are extremely picky people and had been disappointed in the past but decided to give it one more shot. So, we took a ride to visit the home that Legacy was showcasing. Immediately we could tell we were working with individuals who care deeply about high quality and understand the value of long-term relationships. Legacy Group remodeled our bathroom and did such a great job that we brought them back to do a complete remodel of our kitchen. For our kitchen project, Tom assessed the situation, offered us some great ideas, put together a plan for us and completed the work while we were away on vacation! We trust him and his team THAT much. What a wonderful treat to come home from vacation to a BEAUTIFUL new kitchen. Tom is very professional in his approach and is absolutely meticulous. Tom remodeled our kitchen and I just can’t say enough about his work! Legacy Group took two closed spaces and turned them into an open concept living and kitchen area. Today, we use the space 100% more than we ever did before. It completely changed our lives! We spend great quality time in our new open space. Tom also has great design ideas and we loved what he did with our cabinetry. Tom was on-site all of the time and actually did a good deal of the work himself. He worked right along with his crew, helping to get them prepped for the day and cleaning up at the end of the day, which made the work quick and efficient. I had definite ideas of what I wanted and Tom was very patient with me. When our cabinets came in, Tom checked every single piece and didn’t let the driver go until he checked the entire order. Good thing he did because there was a missing cabinet that would have cost us $1,000 to replace. We are so pleased that we recommend Legacy Group to all of our friends and family!
